Our blankets are handmade some are in stock, some are made to order with your color choices therefore shipping times vary.  
SHIPPING METHOD:  You will select shipping method at checkout which shows estimated delivery. (Example USPS PRIORITY shipping time 2-3 days)

TURNAROUND TIME ORDER TO DELIVERY:

Once your order is placed it is yours.  Because we have limited quantities there are NO cancellations.

    •In stock items ship 1-2 days to ship

    •Custom orders (fabric in stock) ship 7-14 days 

    •Custom orders (I have to order fabric) ship 2-4 weeks.

TRACKING AND INSURANCE:

Please be aware tracking comes on all orders except first class and no items are insured over the standard $50 that come with it.  First class usps affords you no insurance.   If you have not received your delivery in carriers advertised time for which you selected, contact us using the form below or you may send an email to mcsnugglebugz@aol.com and we will assist you in tracking.  If the decision is made by the carrier company that your package is lost, we will be happy to replace your item with same product or similar.    

Refunds/Returns;  Due to Covid 19, no returns accepted.  If you are unhappy with your purchase contact me via form attached below or at mcsnugglebugz@aol.com within 24 hours of delivery.  I want happy customers!
